Purpose. Andes Premier Ski Rental Limitada (RUT 78.079.489-5) offers through this website the pre-sale of vouchers for the rental of snow clothing and equipment, to be redeemed in person at our store located at Las Verbenas 9111, Las Condes, Santiago. Purchase and redemption process. On completing your purchase and payment through Mercado Pago, you will receive by email a voucher with a unique code and a QR code. This voucher is single-use: once it is validated in store it becomes void and cannot be redeemed again. Opening hours. You may redeem your voucher at our Las Condes store from 05:00 to 20:00 hrs, every day. Sizes. The size of each garment or item of equipment is determined exclusively in store, at the time of pick-up. The online purchase does not guarantee a specific size, but rather the kit and the number of days contracted. Voucher validity. The voucher is valid until the close of the season, as declared by Andes Premier Rental. The pick-up date indicated at the time of purchase is for reference only and does not restrict the use of the voucher to that specific day. Once the season has closed, the voucher does not give any right to a refund. Liability for damage or loss. When you pick up your kit, you will sign a rental slip detailing the garments and equipment handed over. In the event of damage or loss during the rental period, the customer must pay the full replacement value, according to the reference table available in store. Payment methods and invoicing. Payment is processed through Mercado Pago. The receipt is issued automatically online at the time of purchase. Amendments. Andes Premier Rental may update these terms and conditions.
